Terms of Service
Terms for eMTi Labs and Hollow Playground: Hide & Seek accounts, gameplay, virtual currency, purchases and seasonal content.

1. Service and contact
This website and Hollow Playground: Hide & Seek are provided by Erhan Toros, an independent developer operating as eMTi Labs in Türkiye. For questions, support and notices about these terms, contact support@emtilabs.com. These terms cover the website, test builds and, where offered, the released game, online features and digital content. Availability depends on version, platform and region; describing a feature here does not mean it is offered everywhere.
2. Development and test versions
In versions marked as development, early access or testing, described features, platforms and planned modes may change; promotional artwork or a roadmap does not guarantee a release date or feature. Test versions may contain errors, interruptions and data resets. Test progress, trial balances and test items are not guaranteed to carry over to a final release. Any version-specific test conditions will be shown before access.
3. Accounts and access
Sign in only with an account you are authorized to use. You are responsible for securing your Google account and access to your device; if you discover unauthorized use, secure your Google account and notify us. Obtain any parental or legal representative permission required for contractual obligations under the rules applying to your age and country. These terms do not establish an age rating for the game. Hollow Playground permanently targets people aged 14 and over. This is not a store-issued content rating. Access is not offered below 14; an age response does not automatically delete an existing account or permanent entitlement. A neutral, initially blank date-of-birth check precedes sign-in. The date is neither stored nor sent to the server; only an age group is kept on the device. A local declaration is not identity/age proof or verified parental consent. People aged 14–17 are not treated as adults. Basic online play and optional voice are intended for players aged 14–17; there is no blanket exclusion solely for that age group. Any permission actually required for the country and service must still be satisfied. A truthfulness declaration does not replace mandatory guardian verification. Photo, advertising and payment providers retain their separate availability requirements. Contact support about an incorrect entry or existing-account access; do not misstate your age. Contact support@emtilabs.com about child data. Material changes will update this policy and necessary in-game disclosures.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the website and game version provided to you for personal, lawful purposes. Cheating, disruptive automation, unauthorized account access, bypassing security, distributing malware, harassment and infringement of others’ rights are prohibited. Subject to exceptions permitted by law, do not redistribute game files or brand assets or use them commercially without permission. Report security issues to support@emtilabs.com rather than exploiting them.
5. Chat rules
Accept these rules before using written chat and when they are presented again. Harassment, threats, hate, fraud, spam, sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors, disclosure of another person’s private information and unlawful content are prohibited. Do not share addresses, phone numbers, passwords, recovery keys or payment information. Use Block for unwanted contact; report violations through in-game Report or support@emtilabs.com with the public ID and a short incident description. Do not send passwords or private conversation archives. Support review may lead to necessary and proportionate content or communication restrictions; appeal using the same support address. We do not promise automatic filtering or human pre-screening of every message. Automatic message expiry does not replace reporting a violation; block unwanted contact without waiting for another reply.
6. Intellectual property and feedback
Rights in eMTi Labs and Hollow Playground brands, designs, code and content belong to their respective owners; third-party assets remain subject to their licences. Using the service does not transfer those rights. We may consider voluntarily submitted bug reports and suggestions to improve the service. Do not send others’ confidential information or material you are not authorized to share.
7. Cash, Hollow Cash and digital content
Where offered, Cash and Hollow Cash are virtual units for in-game functions, not money, deposits or investments. Ways to earn and spend them are shown in the game. Except where required by law, they cannot be redeemed for cash; unless explicitly supported, they cannot be transferred between accounts or sold outside the game. Acquiring cosmetics or other digital content provides the stated in-game right of use, not intellectual property ownership. Incorrect or fraudulent transactions may be corrected through reasoned, proportionate changes to the related balance or entitlement.
8. Purchases and delivery
This promotional website does not take payments. Before confirming an in-game purchase, you are shown the product, price, tax information, content, validity period and any recurring charge. Android purchases are processed through Google Play; if payments are enabled on another platform, its provider and terms will be disclosed before payment. Content is delivered after valid payment verification. For delayed or missing delivery, contact support@emtilabs.com with your player ID and order number; never send card details or passwords.
9. Cancellation, refunds and subscriptions
Request a refund or report an incorrect/unauthorized charge through the official channel of the store used for purchase or support@emtilabs.com. Requests are assessed according to product status, transaction circumstances, store rules and applicable consumer law; these terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule. Currency/content from a refunded or cancelled transaction may be removed only to the extent of that transaction. Deleting your game account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Recurring charges apply only where a subscription is explicitly offered and accepted at checkout; renewal and cancellation are managed through the relevant store. Where an exception to a digital-content withdrawal right applies, required information and consent will be obtained separately before delivery.
10. Missions, events and Royal Pass
Mission, promotion and season/Royal Pass dates, entry conditions, progress requirements, rewards and claim deadlines are shown in the relevant screen. Purchasing a pass provides only its stated entitlements; it does not automatically award all rewards for unfinished missions. A season entitlement does not carry into another season unless expressly stated. The Royal Pass name does not itself mean a subscription or automatic renewal. Material changes affecting paid entitlements remain subject to applicable notice and consumer rights.
11. Cross-device use and saves
On supported platforms using the same verified game account, records and entitlements load according to the synchronization features offered. Do not assume that identical content, purchase sharing or balance transfers are available on every platform; restrictions are disclosed with the feature or purchase. Contact support about connection failures, incorrect accounts or conflicting saves. Local test/guest data transfers to a persistent account only where explicitly supported by the version used.
12. Closing your account
You can stop using the game and request account deletion at support@emtilabs.com. After verification, the related account, progress, inventory and entitlements are deleted, subject to legally required records described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion does not delete your Google account or automatically refund purchases; statutory refund rights remain intact. Restoration may not be possible after deletion; relevant consequences will be explained before processing. Submitting a request is not completed erasure. 13. Privacy and third-party services
Data handling is explained in the separate Privacy Policy. External services such as Google sign-in have their own terms; Google handles actions relating to your Google account. External links do not imply that those services belong to us. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of sign-in, connectivity or cloud features on every platform.
14. Access restrictions and responsibility
For security, unlawful use or serious breaches of these terms, access to an affected account or service may be restricted where necessary and proportionate. Where possible, a reason and appeal route will be provided; contact support@emtilabs.com to appeal. We exercise reasonable care in providing services, but in particular test and development builds are not guaranteed to be error-free or continuously available. These statements do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or any liability that law does not permit us to limit, or waive mandatory consumer rights.
15. Changes and governing law
The date is updated when these terms change. Material changes will be communicated appropriately and separate agreement obtained where legally required. Future changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. Turkish law applies subject to mandatory local consumer and data protection rules. Your legal remedies and access to competent courts or consumer authorities are preserved. English and Turkish versions are intended to describe the same terms; please contact us if you find a discrepancy.
16. Username and recovery security
Keep your password and recovery key private. If you already have an account, sign in and link the new method to that account instead of creating another. Linking does not transfer another account’s rights. Conflicting accounts are not automatically merged. Support does not reset a password based solely on a claimed username or public ID.
